A Planned Leadership Transition

We’re currently in the middle of a planned leadership transition, reflecting years of succession planning by our Board of Directors. Here is our current leadership team, and where things stand.

Kelly Rachel, who has served as President and CEO, is transitioning leadership responsibilities to Christofer Yacoub. Yacoub has been appointed Unison’s new President and will transition to President & CEO in July 2027. Over the coming period, Rachel and Yacoub are working closely together to ensure a seamless transition for employees, customers, and the communities Unison serves.
