Renamed Unison Bank, and expanded operations into Arizona the same year.
Acquired Security State Bank of Wishek, ND, bringing the Wishek and Linton, ND communities into the Unison Bank family.
Harty Insurance (Jamestown) and Dakota Insurance Agency (Wishek) rebranded together as Uinsurance, joining the Unison Bank family.
Unison Bank announced a leadership succession plan: President & CEO Kelly Rachel is transitioning leadership responsibilities to Christofer Yacoub, who has been named President and will become President & CEO in July 2027.
